By accessing gvcfragrances.com and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read — not to bury obligations in language designed to confuse.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be updated at any time. An order is confirmed upon successful payment or accepted Cash on Delivery request. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — with a full refund issued where payment was collected.

Product Authenticity

Every GVC fragrance is formulated, blended, and bottled in Egypt. All products sold through gvcfragrances.com are authentic and manufactured to our own specifications. Concentration levels, note compositions, and longevity figures are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variation in scent expression is natural and is not a defect — fragrance interacts differently with individual skin chemistry, temperature, and humidity.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses across Egypt. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days from dispatch depending on your governorate. These timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or any circumstances outside our direct control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

14-Day Confidence Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt, reach us at tariq.kamel.sayed@outlook.com or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a full exchange or store credit — no conditions, no questions. Original packaging is not required. This guarantee applies to individual fragrance purchases and gifting collections.

Gifting Orders

Gift orders marked with a recipient address are handled with care. Same-day Cairo delivery is available for orders placed before 12PM. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are included at no additional charge when selected at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in the delivery address or recipient name as provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across Egypt. Payment is due in full upon delivery. If a COD order is declined at the door without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict COD availability for that account on future orders. Repeated declined COD orders may result in a prepayment requirement.

Accepted Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, and Instapay for card and digital wallet payments, and Cash on Delivery. All card transactions are processed securely by our certified payment providers. We do not store payment card data.

Intellectual Property

All content on gvcfragrances.com — including fragrance names, brand identity, copy, imagery, and the formulations behind our products — is the property of GVC Fragrances. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content is prohibited. The names Atlantis, Rosélle, and Lucent are proprietary to GVC Fragrances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of gvcfragrances.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
